EditAll is a file editor that lets you read and edit any file type, independently of its format. This is something it does thanks to working at the level of bits and bytes. EditAll is very useful precisely because you need no other editor - it is a hex-editor so you can edit files even in hexadecimal format.



The main advantage is that the program shows the files in three types of format: Text (it shows the bytes of the file interpreting them as text), Decimal Numbers (from 0 to 255) and Hexadecimal Numbers (from 00 to FF). Its file editor lets you view data with numbers in six different formats.



It includes Do/Undo options, a search engine, text copy and paste, and numbers to the clipboard, etc.
EditAll is a small but useful tool that is worth a try.
